I cannot access my account or my account has been suspended.

There are many reasons that your account may have been suspended. Here are a few possible reasons: Social Media Violation; Multiple Accounts; There was suspicious activity found on your account; Someone requested changes from a different email that is not connected to the account; You have violated one or more of the company policies or You have been found guilty of cross recruiting/ poaching

a) Social Media Violation

This could mean that you have posted social media content on any social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any social media channels, etc., that is not compliant with our policies.

If your account has been suspended due to a Social Media violation that also means the compliance administrator has contacted you on three different occasions without a response.

In that case, please go to your email and search for any emails that have come from [email protected] it is also recommended that you check your Junk and Spam folders in case the email ended up there.

If you are unsuccessful in locating the original email that was sent regarding your violation you can email compliance at [email protected]. However, please allow 5-10 days for us to investigate and get back to you.

b) Multiple Accounts

If we receive a suspicious request from another email not connected to an account, this will be marked as suspicious activity and the account will be locked until the rightful owner contacts us either from the registered email or identifies himself or herself as the rightful owner.

If you are the rightful owner of the account, you will be asked to provide proper identification in order to get your account unlocked.

*If for any reason we do not feel confident with the documents provided the Company reserves the right to lock the account.*

c) There was suspicious activity found on your account

This means that there have been questionable actions or changes made on your account. This could have been detected by a Support, IT or Compliance representative. For example: there could be numerous password changes, personal detail changes, or email changes.

To prevent or make sure that the account is not being hacked, we place the account on hold until the rightful owner contacts the compliance department.

If you are the rightful owner of the account, you will be asked to provide proper identification in order to get your account unlocked.

This action is done to protect your account.

d) Someone requested changes from a different email that is not connected to the account

If we receive a suspicious request from another email not connected to an account, this will be marked as suspicious activity and the account will be locked until the rightful owner contacts us either from the registered email or identifies himself or herself as the rightful owner.

If you are the rightful owner of the account, you will be asked to provide proper identification in order to get your account unlocked.

e) You have violated one or more of the company policies

If we have found out that you have violated one or more of the companies policies, your account will be suspended for further investigation and final decisions as per the companies policies and procedures will be made.

Please contact us to know what company policies you have breached if you did not receive an email from our compliance team.
