How can I correct my personal details?
If you have spelled one or more of your personal details wrong on your account, you can request corrections up to 3 digits by contacting compliance at [email protected]. Please refer to the FAQ "How can I correct my personal details?" for required further steps and documentation needed.
Please note that a fee of €5 will be required for minor changes up to 3 digits.
For major changes on the account, a higher fee of €75 will be required and you will have to email the compliance department at [email protected].
